Overview:
Energy Fox Solutions is looking to hire a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication skills.
At Energy Fox Solutions, we distribute spray foam insulation material, parts, and equipment nationwide and have expanded our model into the Phoenix and Southern Arizona markets. With this expansion, we have an immediate need for a sales professional to help manage the influx of customers.
Our ideal candidate will have sales experience and must possess strong customer service and phone skills. You will be trained in logistics, sales processes, and warehouse and shop operations. A background in construction material sales or running a spray rig will put you on top of the list. Experience with QuickBooks and other CRM systems is a plus.
Must be able to efficiently tow a trailer safely for deliveries. If you have no experience with this, this is likely not the best job for you.
Paid training, a company cell phone, and some work-from-home days make this a perfect career move for motivated individuals.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize QuickBooks to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide sales support to customers as needed
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales and account management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in construction material sales or running a spray rig preferred but not required
Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
