Job Details Job Details : As a Permanent Quality Engineer, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality in our engineering processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be constantly challenged to improve and innovate. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement activities, managing corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing document control. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering superior products and services to our customers. Responsibilities : 1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and guidelines by means of continuous assessments. 2. Lead and facilitate the investigation of non-conformance issues using techniques such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). 3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effective and prevent recurrence. 4. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements. 5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing quality processes and systems. 6. Manage document control processes and systems ensuring accuracy, quality and integrity. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making. 8. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the engineering industry. 3. Proven experience with IATF 16949, FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis. 4. Strong knowledge of corrective action processes and document control systems. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7. Proficient in using quality management systems and related software tools. 8. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification will be an added advantage. 9. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. 10.
