The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structural engineering department, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard. Responsibilities : Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the structural engineering industry. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers. Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale structural engineering projects from concept to completion. Excellent technical knowledge in the field of structural engineering. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision. Proficient in the use of structural engineering software. A strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices. The ability to problem-solve effectively, even under pressure.
