The Assistant Program Director supervises the Wrap Supervisor and all members of the program team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assures that all program staff are oriented and trained as per agency policy.
- Provides ongoing supervision to assigned supervisees.
- Monitors and signs-off all Treatment Plans of the Family Support Partner (FSP);
- Attends all required Agency In-service trainings and meetings
- Represents CFP’s FCCP through participation in external stakeholder meetings and workgroups and trade organizations. Will participate in communication with external stakeholders and partners as needed.
- Participates in hiring and training of a sufficiently skilled work force.
- Assures that staff are educated and skilled practitioners of the program model.
- Delivers staff training to assure core competencies
- Oversees staff performance evaluation processes
- Builds staff morale, rewarding staff for effective quality improvement initiatives, quality work, and ideas that enhance the program and agency mission.
- Facilitates assigned weekly staff meetings to refine service delivery, documenting and filing staff meeting notes and follow-through efforts.
- Maintain and control access to program case records
- Stays current regarding evolving best practice and treatment models.
- Measures and takes steps to improve performance-based indicators of care (satisfaction, training, incidents, outcomes, etc.)
- Assists in conducting internal investigation as needed, demonstrating commitment to the highest standards of ethical inquiry and quality improvement principles.
- Regularly shares outcome data with Supervisor seeking feedback and suggestions for opportunities to improve care.
- Knowledgeable about clients' service plan needs. Implements Quarterly Case Record reviews
- Attends treatment planning meetings and periodic reviews as necessary.
- Accompany the FSCC and/or FSP on home visits as necessary.
- Assists with Marketing the program with prospective customers to increase program census
- Maintains all license, accreditation, client and program records.
- Ensures the highest quality of services & service environment
- On-call for crisis situations
- Master’s Degree in relevant field
- Independent Licensure Required
- Seasoned human services professionals with at least 3 years of experience working with similar client populations in human service or treatment settings and 2 years in management.
- Work experience with DCYF involved families, provider community and/or related service providers.
- Proficiency in report writing and computer skills.
- Knowledge of DCYF practices and policies.
