We are looking for an active, creative, and detail-oriented Design Manager to help bring our clients’ visions to life. In this role, you’ll work directly with future homeowners of single-family homes, ensuring their design goals are realized through thoughtful planning, material selection, and effective project management.
As the Design Manager at TKW, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process for single-family homes, from selecting finishes and materials to ensuring proper installation. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, create mood boards, and select the design elements that align with their needs and budget. You’ll also be responsible for overseeing the installation of these selections and ensuring they are executed according to the build plans.
This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is passionate about home design, has strong communication skills, and is adept at organizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
