Position: Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of multiple energy efficiency projects, overseeing phases from initial design and construction through to startup, commissioning, and final closeout. This role involves managing all key aspects of project delivery, including contract negotiation and execution, procurement processes, safety compliance, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, change order management, and administrative coordination. The Project Manager is expected to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets high-performance standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Construction, or a closely related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or large-scale industrial projects
- Strong background in handling RFP processes, negotiating commercial terms, and managing EPC contractors through to project handover and the beginning of commercial operations.
