What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve residential and commercial electrical issues efficiently.
• Install and service electrical panels, grounding systems, and related components.
• Understand and implement proper grounding techniques and systems.
• Install electrical boxes and determine the correct type for specific applications.
• Trace wires, test circuits, and own out wiring as needed.
• Perform work on three-phase services and choose the appropriate wire types for various applications.
• Follow and apply basic residential electrical codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Utilize or adapt to CRM systems for scheduling and customer interaction (prior experience is a plus).
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years of consistent residential and commercial electrical service experience.
• Proficiency in installing electrical panels, grounding systems, troubleshooting, tracing wires, and performing installations.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a clean background check.
• Must comply with drug-free workplace policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients
• Ability to be on-site by 8:00 AM. Standard work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
