Role Overview
- Quality Assurance Pro: As our Field ERS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and control measures to monitor drilling and completion activities. This includes assessing materials, equipment, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Risk Management Guru: Identifying potential quality risks associated with drilling and completion operations is essential. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on safety, timelines, and costs.
- Inspection and Testing Expert: You will be responsible for performing inspections and tests on drilling equipment, materials, and processes. This includes evaluating the integrity of casing, cementing, and completion systems to ensure they meet specifications.
- Documentation Master: Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance with regulatory requirements is crucial. Your attention to detail will be key in preparing detailed reports and documentation that support our quality assurance initiatives and provide a basis for continuous improvement.

- Drilling KPI Developer: You will have the opportunity to facilitate the development of the Permian / Delaware based Drill Pipe and BHA KPI, using your expertise to drive performance and efficiency in our operations.
- Rig Site Surveillance Expert: As our Field ERS, you will be responsible for conducting rig site surveillance of pipe and BHA handling best practices, ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
- NDE Coordinator: You will coordinate and lead NDE assessments on all new and existing inspection, machine shop, and hardbanding service contractors, utilizing your knowledge and experience to ensure the highest level of quality in our operations.
- Quality Plan Facilitator: Your role will involve facilitating the development of the UOG UNCON quality plan and associated work processes for rig contractor and rental pipe suppliers, ensuring our operations are aligned with industry standards.
- Drill Pipe Investigator: In this role, you will investigate drill pipe and BHA twist off on location, utilizing your expertise to identify root causes and develop solutions for future prevention.
- Data Analyst: Your role will involve developing a drill pipe and BHA management platform/dashboard for trends, using data analysis to drive continuous improvement in our operations.
- Drilling EC&I Expert: Your expertise in drilling EC&I will be crucial in this role, allowing you to effectively monitor and maintain the quality of our drilling operations.
- Completions Specialist: Your knowledge of completions will be vital in ensuring the highest level of quality in our completion processes.
- Quality Assurance Champion: Your experience in quality assurance programs related to goods and services used in drilling and completion operations will be key in this role.
