Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Assist with framing, roofing, concrete work, drywall, and general carpentry as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow construction plans and blueprints under the guidance of site supervisors.
- Work on foundation work, trenching, and excavation for new builds.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with demolition, renovations, and remodeling projects as assigned.
- Experience in general construction (carpentry, concrete, framing, or related trades ).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/scaffolding when required.
- Strong understanding of basic construction tools and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Missouri.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
