Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including Crestron, Savant, Vantage, Lutron, and URC.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, programming, and maintenance activities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in low voltage systems and programming.
- Proficiency in Crestron, Savant, Vantage, Lutron, and URC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
