Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling small electro-mechanical products, ensuring quality and precision in every task. The role requires a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small electro-mechanical components according to specifications and production schedules.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the assembly process to ensure compliance with instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to your supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manual assembly, preferably in electro-mechanical products.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and small machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing assembly tasks.
  
  

Benefits

• Pay rate of $20.00/hour.
• Potential for overtime.
