We are currently seeking a number of Mechanical Assembly and Fabrication resources for our Production Teams.
Position Overview
Under general supervision, uses hand tools and electric tools to mount parts, fabricate sheet metal enclosures, assemble power stacks and install power wire and/or wire harness for various products according to job shop instructions and by following the company's workmanship standards. Possess the basic understanding of measuring to 1/32nd of an inch with a temp measurer, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.

- High School Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ demonstrated fabrication, sheet metal, carpentry or related experience.
- Possess the basic understanding of measuring, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.
- Ability to work independently to complete milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity standards within team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities.
- Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork.
- Experience with Greenlee punches, plasma cutters and other metal punches strongly .
- Demonstrated ability in and electro mechanical processes for fabricating and assembling control panels.
- Technical degree related to wiring or electro mechanical assembly .
