Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Boston, Peterborough

Salary: Up to £50,000

Shifts: Continentals (Days and Nights)

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business based in the Boston. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, to ensure the smooth running of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of food production machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Working proactively to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards
  
  

Requirements

• Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification
• Strong electrical maintenance skills
• Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
