We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic individual who is interested in assisting multiple departments with buying, project and growth strategies. This individual will maintain and build relationships with our multiple vendors and partners as well as internal team members. Other responsibilities will include project management and growth opportunities as well as inventory control and product data entry. This is an onsite position located in East Syracuse, NY. Remote or hybrid work is not permitted.
Summary
Manage warranty and all associated processes, assist with inventory reconciliations, assist in resource management and revenue, assist with solutions that meet customer requirements, create efficiencies, and increase productivity.

- Coordinate the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
- Regularly communicates with management regarding the program’s status and any problems or potential problems.
- Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
- Initiates purchasing of products and maintains vendor relationships.
- Understands buying power and opportunities with proper forecasting.
- Tracks and analyzes product, program, and process costs.
- Oversees and facilitates cross-functional projects and teams.
- Ensures compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the industry.
- Promote Core Values.
- Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
- Performs related duties as requested.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Three years of related experience required.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts related to probability and statistics.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Make suggestions and decisions based on the needs of the division.
- Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.
- Devote time and energy necessary to solve problems to keep United Radio operating profitably and effectively according to our standards.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
