- KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Business acumen
- Ethical conduct
- Prefer 3-5 years prior experience in an administration or project assitant role
- Provides assistance as needed to Director of Procourement, CFO, Controller & Accounting Staff
- Provides assistance as needed to project teams with project management software
- Sets up and manages the contract process. Includes extensive correspondence with subcontractor and document retention
- Manages subcontract commitments in our project management/accounting software through initial creation, editing of settings, assigning contacts, and uploading subcontractor SOV
- Tracks subcontractor change order status, approving in our software once CO is fully executed
- Administers Certified Payroll processes for assigned projects
- Trains subcontractors in the use of both Certified Payroll and Sub Pay App softwares
- Provides weekly reports to Director of Procurement of compliance status for all subcontractors
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Obtains and tracks certificates of insurance for all subcontractors and suppliers
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Occasional requirements to work at elevated heights and in confined spaces
- Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary
