The day to day responsibility for this role will be to manage the Quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout. The successful candidate will lead their own department and be integral to future improvements.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quality Engineer or Quality Manager, with a background working in Aerospace or Automotive or similar engineering industries.

The Role
- Quality Manager
- Managing quality systems and standards across a site.
- Maintaining process and improvements
- Office hours, Monday to Friday
- Quality Manager
- Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer who are looking to progress into leadership encouraged to apply
- Quality engineering background
- Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or Metals or Metallurgy similar etc.
- Knowledge of NADCAP standards would be ideal
- Knowledge of Materials Science/Metallurgy advantageous
