Responsibilities
- Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content
- Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now
- Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits
- Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter-company and customer request
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in a Project Management with Supplier Engagement
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate experience with SQL required,
- Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
- Experience in Python,Tableau, Power BI, and SNow experience required
- Beginner experience with basic accounting principles
- Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines
- Copywriting Experience
- ensure the candidates have copywriting experience
- Experience with Outlook and Excel
