As a Sales and Project Manager for a fencing company, your primary responsibility would be to generate leads and secure sales for the company's products and services. (Perfect for a new college grad or motivated high school grad.) Your day-to-day tasks may include:
Compensation: ($30,000 – $90,000/ yr)

As a Sales and Project Manager for a fencing company, your primary responsibility would be to generate leads and secure sales for the company's products and services. (Perfect for a new college grad or motivated high school grad.) Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Identifying potential customers: You would need to identify potential customers who might be interested in purchasing fencing products and services. This could involve cold-calling, networking, or using various marketing channels to reach out to potential customers.
- Conducting site visits: Once you have identified potential customers, you would need to conduct site visits to assess their fencing needs and provide them with a quote for the work.
- Providing product information: You would need to be knowledgeable about the company's products and services and be able to provide customers with information about the different types of fencing available, as well as their benefits and drawbacks.
- Negotiating sales: You would need to be able to negotiate prices with customers and close deals in order to generate revenue for the company.
- Building relationships: You would need to build strong relationships with customers in order to secure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Managing customer accounts: You would need to manage customer accounts, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and that customers are satisfied with the work done.
- Reporting: You would need to provide regular reports to your supervisor on your sales activity, including the number of leads generated, quotes provided, and sales closed.
Compensation: ($30,000 – $90,000/ yr)

- Create your own consistent but flexible schedule. (Can be part-time to start.)
- Must be willing to work 1-2 Saturdays per month, and willing to work evening hours as/if needed. Schedule is flexible.
- Call leads, set up appointments, travel to customer's home, measure perimeter and provide quote
- SELL SELL SELL
- Must keep an organized list of all contact with customers and provide weekly recaps with supervisor and CRM system.
- Order materials from suppliers, update pricing and products in system; stop by job site at beginning of project to and end of project. Collect payment from customers.
- 1 year of Sales experience (preferably in-home sales)
- 1 year of construction, landscape, home repair, or handyman experience
- Ability and willingness to work in a small team/startup culture with family values
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Reliable transportation; must be comfortable with daily driving within territory.
