Duties & Responsibilities (ON-SITE TRAINING, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO APPLY)
- Effectively communicate with clients and coworkers.
- Uphold Elite Pool standards of service and cleanliness.
- Keep a clean and organized pump room for assigned properties.
- Assist in completing scheduled residential and commercial pool maintenance assignments in an efficient and professional manner.
- Check-in with supervisor that the day is complete upon completing initial assigned service orders, check for additional assignments or helping team finish the day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked shop and vehicle by keeping appropriate supplies and tools.
- Complete basic pool opening and closing.
- Perform liner pull-up and basic patching.
- Take readings with a multi-meter and safely connect/disconnect pool appliances.
- Install basic safety covers.
- As needed and with guidance: complete sand changes; basic pool filter repair; pump motor and seal replacement; basic PVC plumbing; installation and repair of salt systems and tablet feeders; multiport diagnosis repair and replacement; diagnose and repair Pentair pool light products.
- Able to stand, sit, kneel, and walk as needed during a shift.
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Follow directives from designated supervisor and others in authority.
