What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Energy Auditor HES (BPI Certified ONLY) position at Energy Management Authority?
I am looking for an experienced Lead Tech to perform in-home energy assessments for the CT Home Energy Solutions program.
Responsibilities include performing home energy audits in compliance with the HES program guidelines, including blower door testing, air sealing, duct sealing, other weatherization measures as necessary and inputting data into utility applications.
Applicants must have current BPI - BA & EP or BA-T & BA-P, Lead RRP, and DOE Home Energy Score Assessor certifications. All candidates are required to pass background check, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to the office.
This position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. I offer a competitive salary and bonus structure. Experienced techs are a plus.
Must be reliable and willing to perform all duties including air sealing the attic.
