Schedule is 2 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
Wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

(4) 10 Hour shifts weekly
Energy Management Corporation is looking for individuals who are interested in learning skills to start a career. The ideal candidates must be dependable and demonstrate a strong desire to learn a new trade. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and attendance record.
Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to stand or walk for long periods of time, occasionally sit, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, use wrists and hands for using tools, and looking down at the product being built. Applicants must be able to reach with hands and arms. Applicants must also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, dedication, will be a team player, and must be able to communicate clearly in English

Expected hours: 40 per week
Qualifications: High school diploma and two years of experience as an apprentice motor winder. Other key skills include:
Self-motivated.
Ability to foster good employee/employer relations.
Intermediate mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
Understands motor components and has a basic understanding of electrical theory.
Basic understanding of schematics.
Can operate dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, and surge/megger testers.
Ability to lift 50lbs and adequately carry out a range of physical labor.
Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to reach with hands and arms. Applicants must also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
