Energy Management is seeking a person who can fill our customer service role in our Salt Lake City office. This is not a commissioned sales position and is not a call center.
You will be expected to gain expertise in the products we sell and the services we offer. You will then help guide our customers to the products / services that are best for their needs. You will be an advocate for the customer when working with other internal teams and you will be a councilor listening to their frustrations. Overall, your job is to provide the best solutions in the industry for our customers.
Full - Time - 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (hour lunch)

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work in a consultative environment with three main job functions :
Because of the diverse day-to-day activities of this role, EMC is seeking someone who already has experience with electrical equipment (motors, VFDs, generators, etc.) or similar products. This job is not a call center type of environment. This position will include base pay, no commissions.
Skills / Abilities Required
Prior experience with industrial electrical and automation is strongly preferred. Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and general computer functions / equipment. Previous experience with CRM software preferred (Sharp Spring, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Individuals must be able to reach with hands and arms. Candidates must also be able to frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
