Join our Nuclear Development Group as a Project Execution Supervisor and immerse yourself in the exciting world of nuclear project management. We are seeking a detail oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic supervisor to oversee the development and execution of project schedules and budget management.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for creating routines and processes and supervising personnel, directly and indirectly, for the delivery and execution of new nuclear generation or research partnership projects. Direct and oversee execution of project schedules, budgets, reporting (cost and schedule) and risk management in compliance with Energy Northwest procedures and policies. Extensive coordination within the nuclear development group, business support, corporate finance, project stakeholders, executive leadership and outside agencies is required.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supervise a group consisting of project management staff using established Energy Northwest policies, procedures, and practices. Determine personnel performance expectations, ratings, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
Lead project execution for new nuclear projects including technical input to project proposals, risk assessments, required board and regulatory approvals, execution of project schedules and budgets and timely and accurate reporting on project performance. Communicate and manage stakeholder relationships.
Provide input and advise on project plans impacting the execution phase of the project. Once implemented, responsible for compliance with developed plans.
Responsible for adherence to Energy Northwest processes and procedures while ensuring any appropriate procedures are developed and maintained to support performance effectively and efficiently throughout the project life cycle. Propose and implement improvements when needed.
Oversee the interface with enterprise risk management processes, including steering committees and risk review and oversight committees. Understand and maintain compliance with ERP procedures and develop and maintain necessary risk identification and mitigation documents.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field from an accredited college or university and 6 years of experience in advanced (generation III or later) nuclear power plant design, projects and/or construction, and large scale construction projects, including at least one project with an overall budget greater than $500M and at least 2 years of experience in leadership positions OR a High School diploma or GED and 10 years of experience of progressive experience in nuclear power plant design and/or construction, and large scale construction projects, including at least one project with an overall budget greater than $500M and at least 2 years of experience in leadership positions.

Pay Range
$136,961.00 - $205,441.00 Annual
Midpoint:
$171,201.00
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
Incentive Compensation
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
