GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist the Work Week Managers on a continuing basis to ensure all activities related to the operation of the plant for power generation are conducted in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Energy Northwest policies and procedures. Responsible for directing the development of detailed plans/schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post maintenance test, and modifications within safety system windows and backlog reduction weeks. Crosses all organization boundaries working with all departments and designated project managers to solve conflicts which hinder schedule adherence.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for directing the development of detailed plans/schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post maintenance test, and modifications within safety system windows and backlog reduction weeks.
Major Accountabilities:
- Provide oversight of the Work Control process as it applies to Safety System Outages.
- Develop on-line and outage schedules for Columbia Generating Station.
- Support development of window frag nets and update Passport and Primavera schedule statuses.
- Chair Safety System meetings, ensuring proper planning and preparation to support System windows.
- Ensure work groups are prepared for hand-offs and turnovers are performed for Critical Path activities.
- Monitor task statuses and ensure updates are provided to the WWM, Management Team, and OCC.
- Communicate challenges and issues to the WWM to aid in prompt resolution.
Maintain knowledge of emergent Plant problems and configurations to ensure work activities are properly prioritized, resources loaded, scheduled, and performed in a safe and efficient manner, including ALARA considerations.
Supporting the effective implementation of the Corrective Action Program.

- Must participate on the Emergency Response Team (ERO) when designated.
- Must support the biennial refueling outage.
- Must provide support to the Outage Command Center (OCC)
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience in engineering, operations, project management, or other technical field;
OR an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of experience in engineering, operations, project management, or other technical field;
OR a high school diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, project management, or other technical field.

Pay Range
$103,563.00 - $155,345.00 Annual
Midpoint:
$129,454.00
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
Incentive Compensation
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
