Store Associate
Energy Express is dedicated to developing employees and hiring within the organization. We provide growth opportunities, on-the-job training & great benefits. We would love for you to join our team! We have several openings for all shifts in our stores.
Shifts: The first shift is anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The second shift is anytime between 2 pm and 11 pm, and the third shift is anytime between 10 pm and 7 am.
Overview: We are seeking a Store Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting the store and working closely with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and guide them to desired products
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of store merchandise to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations
- Operate cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Arrange products attractively on shelves and displays to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report stock discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, including tidying up spills and debris.
- Promote special offers and up-selling products.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash register accountability.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculations.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Detail-oriented to maintain neat displays and accurate inventory.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Consistently lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
