Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of company product and service offerings.
Proficiency in sales related to the company administrative processes and protocols : sales process execution, sales forecasting, expense reporting, sales plan development & strategic planning, and sales pipeline development & management.
Sales planning to establish annual sales goals, maximize sales call efficiency and effectiveness, facilitate effective new account acquisition with defined strategies, define quarterly objectives and other sales related timelines, focus sales efforts by market segment or opportunity, understand industry trends and new developments, and serve as a support resource for existing clients and prospects.
Requirements
4-Yr. Degree in a Science field, business, marketing preferred.
3-5 years technical sales experience or sales in a related field (high valued finished products within the downstream petroleum sector).
Able to recognize, evaluate and embrace lubrication / fuel additive applications and sales opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Power Point and Word.
Demonstrates proficient multi-level written and oral communication skills.
Team oriented with the ability to work independently and multitask.
