Crude Oil Truck Driver
Primary Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions
· Operate Truck and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
· Perform pre-and post-trip safety inspections daily, on each shift worked (eg: low tire pressure, tire wear, dents etc)
· Proper machine and equipment start-up, usage, operation and shut-down
· Understand and follow directions of supervisors
· Monitor vehicle performance, fluid levels and mechanical fitness and communicate any issues to Fleet Manager or Supervisors
· Follow rules and regulations of the road at all times
· Follow all company and state enforced safety requirements for loading and unloading products.
Requirements
Knowledge of truck and associated equipment
· Understanding of equipment controls, GPS, driver log regulations
· 2 Years Recent Tractor Trailer exp. Required.
· Class A CDL w/ Hazmat & Tanker
· Successfully Pass DOT Physical
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
