What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent (Commercial) position at Energy Roofing?
Job Summary: As the Superintendent for the Commercial Division, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient oversight of commercial roofing projects for the company to assure they are scheduled and completed in an excellent, timely and profitable manner. Work is performed in the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama areas. The main location is the Gainesville and Lake City, FL areas. Most work is done within 150 miles of the main location. Some travel is necessary and some out of town nights are required. You will report directly to the Commercial Division Manager and participate in the development, enactment, and enforcement of company policy and procedures regarding commercial roofing projects.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have a valid Driver's License
Minimum Experience Required:
- 2 years
Compensation Package:
- $72,000 annual
- Company cell phone and laptop.
- Company vehicle.
Other Skills Required:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to positively interact with customers.
- Maintain organized and efficient work habits.
- Must be able to work with ERC Team Members in a positive manner.
- Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs.
- Must have experience using office suite software are and general computer knowledge.
- Must be able to operate deployable mobile technologies, such as laptop, tablets, and smart phones.
