- Cut, form, and burn lead to a variety of mechanical components.
- Understand and follow engineering drawings and / or instructions of moderate complexity to complete lead forming operations correctly and efficiently.
- Perform such operations as cutting, burning, and forming of lead, as required.
- Operate hand and power tools, shears, brakes, and band saws, as required.
- Perform other varied mechanical assembly tasks, as required with minimal supervision.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lead fabrication. safety procedures and ISO 9001 initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often fluctuating workload; prioritize projects, time management.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Operate Industrial spray-painting equipment.
- Perform such functions as cleaning, sanding, masking, filling, as required.
- Mix paints, reducers, catalysts, and primers as required.
- Perform varied handling, lifting, and fixturing tasks as required.
- Apply smooth or textured paint finishes, as required.
- Maintain and clean paint booth.
- Maintain paint supplies / inventory.
- Occasional travel to support customers.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 – 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Read, analyze, and interpret business, professional, technical, or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public.
- Apply advanced concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Apply operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, test reliability/validity, variance analysis, correlation technique, sampling theory and factor analysis.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
