As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manager of the Benefits and Payroll team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct support to the team, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and maintaining accurate benefits records.
Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. You will be responsible for implementing changes due to rapid growth, acting on behalf of the Manager in their absence, and continuously evaluating the efficiency and competitiveness of company offerings. Additionally, you will help design and plan company-wide rollouts, maintain OSHA and Workplace Violence Prevention logs, and create or update people policies and procedures as directed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years' experience or 8 years' professional experience without a degree. A minimum of 3 years' experience in Benefits Administration, Leave of Absences, and WC Claims is also required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools, are essential. You must also demonstrate initiative, flexibility, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our compensation package is commensurate with experience within the pay band of $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
