Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Lead Flat Glass Tint Installer to join our growing team. While experience in flat glass window film installation is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the home services industry, interacting with residential and commercial clients at their properties, and delivering outstanding service. This role involves leading installation projects across Ocean, Monmouth, and Middlesex counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional installation of 3M™ window films on flat glass surfaces (training provided).
- Lead and manage installation projects, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and 3M™ product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the home services industry, working with residential and commercial clients at their properties, is required.
- Flat glass window film installation experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A commitment to quality work and attention to detail.
