Job Description for Project Manager at Energy Systems Southeast, LLC
Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Director- Special Markets (Scotty Sahagun)
Job Overview: To assist the Outside Sales Team with logistical and project management support when generator equipment is sold. This would include answering basic shipping questions and sending equipment specifications to the customer when requested. This position’s overall goal is to support the Outside Sales team, so they are not distracted from their main purpose of selling generator equipment and maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
•Receive orders sold and turn into Sales Orders through our Operating System (SAGE)
•Add items to existing stock orders through GenConnect (Generac Quoting and ordering platform)
•Handle logistics for Sold equipment and transfers for BHAM and ATL Warehouses
•Track and Maintain inventory that has been ordered and received from suppliers
•Track orders and timelines for customer pick-up and deliveries
•Maintain the Master tracker that encompasses all the above for weekly meetings
