The firm’s professionals have a variety of credentials, including attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Professional Engineer (PE), LEED AP and Engineer-In-Training (EIT). Firm professionals have presented at various national and regional conferences and have been published in leading tax and industry publications.
We are seeking a detail oriented professional with an accounting or similar background to join our team to as we expand our client base and venture into new business segments. This professional will be involved in a variety of duties, including data analysis, business development, client interface, assisting with report preparation, and tax law research related to Section 179D, Section 48, cost segregation and the research & development tax credit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with reviewing various forms of data received from clients for tax incentives review
- Assist with preparation of client filing documents and other deliverables
- Act as liaison between clients and firm engineers
- Perform tax research on a variety of topics
- Draft and prepare marketing materials as needed
- Attend conferences, trade shows and client meetings in business development efforts
- Perform industry and tax research and draft articles for publishing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and discuss tax topics internally and with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle workload involving multiple clients simultaneously
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field
- Experience or familiarity with tax incentives a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
