About the Role
We are looking for Closers and Setters who are passionate about sales and renewable energy. You will work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office time and field appointments based on your experience and preference. Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-booked appointments to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Collaborate with team members and partners to deliver exceptional service.
- Represent EnergyTime Solar professionally in the field and at the office.
- Track and report progress using provided tools and software.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience preferred for Closers; enthusiasm and willingness to learn for Setters.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (office and field).
- Team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the company.
