Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Balancing unit production, loss, and yield on a daily basis and investigating any discrepancies
- Tracking product movement receipts, deliveries, and transfers at the Eagle Point Industrial Complex by way of trucks, pipelines, railcars, and vessels
- Ensuring accuracy of operational activities that Energy Transfer will invoice to its customers per contract terms, such as throughput fees, dock fees, etc. and coordinate the recording of these activities with local operations personnel
- Assisting in monthly volume and rate trend analysis for revenue and the utility cost incurred at Marcus Hook
- Inputting journal entries via SAP for month end accruals and allocations
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations pertaining to Marcus Hook assets and liabilities
- Assisting Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Business Development with special projects and Ad-hoc analysis
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or inventory
- Experience in the oil/gas industry is desired, but not required
- Experience with the following systems: Toptech, SAP, and Microsoft Office

- Usually, normal office working conditions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
