What is the position?
Entry Level Business to Business Sales Executive
Why do we look for people in the restaurant industry?
We find that the most successful sales managers in our organization have some sort of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries. This includes bartenders, servers, hosts, etc.
Do I need a degree for this role?
It is account management, and we provide fully paid training
What type of accounts would be managed in this role?
Commercial businesses. Small to medium-sized company accounts include law firms, medical practices, logistics companies, and more.
Does this involve walking up to people's houses and knocking on their doors to sell products or services?
NO! Again, we handle sales accounts with businesses - ONLY. We do not have any interaction with any residential consumers and/or products.
What's a typical day like in this role?
Top performers -Meet with our sales leadership team to discuss training initiatives, marketing, and sales strategies and improving best practices for the company and its clients. From there, they with meet with other team members to go over performance coaching and training or assist the manager with recruiting. From there, they go out to meet with companies and organizations on behalf of our clients before going home for the day.
Average performers- Meet with top performers once arriving at our office to practice sales presentations, closes and tracking. From there, they go out to meet with companies and organizations on behalf of our clients before going home for the day.
What are the hours for this position?
Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
