Since opening in 2008, we have expanded to locations all throughout the Southeast, Midwest & West Coast. In 2022, we decided to move our headquarters to Schaumburg to embark on a growing portfolio of clients and expectations to maintain continual growth through expansions nationally and internationally.
To ensure the quality of work we provide our clients, we train and promote from within. We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to work with our energy broker clients and be trained to take on a management role within the company as we expand.
Job Description:
Entry Level Sales Representatives work directly with our customized Salesforce technology to acquire and manage accounts, track the performance of campaign development, and gather intelligence for our clients about their services.
As a Sales Rep you will:
- Build relationships with clients - prospects and existing
- Manage a CRM through Salesforce
- Track dispositions on customer feedback to provide intel to our client
- Track performance of the campaign and recommend process improvements
Training provided in the area of:
- Territory Management
- Salesforce and Associated Customized Applications
- Wave Reporting
- Performance Tracking
- Sales Administration
- Client Branding
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess integrity, character, and exemplary ambition for success. The Customer Service and Sales Representative position is entry-level and training will be provided, however, the HR team is looking for candidates who possess:
- Sales and/or marketing experience is an asset but not a requirement
- Competitive and proactive attitude
- Confident demeanor and professional image
- Strong student mentality and great work ethic
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 plus years working with people
