We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Ordering Team.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers and healthcare professionals regarding our medical equipment offerings, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance with DME products
- Provide detailed knowledge of product features, specifications, and usage, including mobility aids, respiratory equipment, and other medical devices
- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate products based on their specific medical needs and requirements
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure proper equipment recommendations and compliance with medical prescriptions
- Coordinate product orders, delivery, and setup, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns, troubleshooting any issues with DME products as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
