UI/UX Designer / Front-End Developer / React Developer
Location: Houston, Dallas, Charlotte, or Remote in these areas

Role Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer with experience in Blazor SSR and React to drive the modernization of our Admin and Public-facing UI/UX. This role will focus on converting Figma/Marketing mocks into functional front-end experiences, optimizing performance, and integrating AI-driven rapid prototyping tools into our development workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert Figma and Adobe Suite designs into fully functional, responsive UI components.
  • Develop and maintain front-end components in Blazor SSR and React for both structured development and rapid prototyping.
  • Work with Bootstrap 5, Material, DevExtreme, and Tailwind CSS to create cohesive, scalable design systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Marketing, and Engineers to ensure UI consistency across platforms.
  • Optimize large asset handling, caching strategies, and front-end performance.
  • Implement WCAG accessibility best practices to ensure compliance where necessary.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate UI/UX ideation and prototype development.
  • Translate AI-generated wireframes and layouts into working front-end components, covering at least half of the UI requests.
  • Ensure seamless front-end integration with Blazor-based and React-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Front-end development.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and modern design workflows. Strong front-end development experience in Blazor SSR, React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material, DevExtreme, Bootstrap 5). Experience in building responsive and accessible UI components. Familiarity with caching mechanisms and front-end performance optimizations. Prior experience with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools is a plus.Our Team Members:**

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
