Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repairs: Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Customer Interaction: Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
Safety and Standards: Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.
Qualifications
Experience Matters: At least 3 years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
Customer Focus: Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Certifications Required: EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
