In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert in managing and optimizing software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and keeping our technology infrastructure at the forefront of innovation.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead Solutions : Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions, from on-premises to the cloud.
- Empower Teams : Provide application support, identify training needs, and enhance software efficiencies.
- Optimize Processes : Manage software development and implementation, ensuring smooth automation and process re-engineering.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Partner with vendors and teams to resolve software issues, improve data strategy, and support change initiatives.
- Ensure Excellence : Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with system updates and integrations.
- Drive Performance : Write manuals, provide end-user training, and deliver accurate reports to optimize operations.
