COMPENSATION
· $65k Base Salary plus commission. Annual target earnings at goal will be between $90,000 to $125,000 a year.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, we are looking for a goal-oriented self-starter to grow business in the New York Metropolitan territory. The Account Executive is tasked with driving revenue growth by focusing on the following:
· Utilize multiple forms of prospecting (phone prospecting, e-mail blasting, etc.) to book appointments with new prospects.
· Actively participate in networking groups, as well as industry and professional associations, to develop, build and sustain a robust set of professional relationships in the territory.
· Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with business owners, partners in adjacent industries (roofing, flooring, contractors, etc.) to build relationships
· Respond in a timely fashion to company-generated leads (which we obtain via marketing, advertising, email blasting, etc.) that lead to new business for EnergyWise, Inc.
· Ability to enter AC rooms, attics, etc. to properly complete “survey forms”, provide proper measurements, create a proper price quote for jobs, etc.
· Manage and grow sales pipeline.
· Achieving sales goal consistently on a Monthly basis
WORK EXPERIENCE
The qualified candidate is preferred to have the following experience and attributes:
- 3 plus years of Sales experience.
- Industry experience a Plus but not required.
- Superior relationship-building skills in both face-to-face and remote environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRMs (Service Titan.)
- Willingness to prospect and generate leads, appointments, and sales.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Desired Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Equivalent field experience shall consist of a minimum of three to five years of successful sales experience as detailed above.
