Job Description :
Perform mechanical trades work, including boring, turning, lapping, grinding, and assembly.
Maintain and repair mechanical and pressure safety valves, such as relief, pilot-operated, thermal, and vacuum relief valves.
Conduct field and workshop-based maintenance, testing, and calibration of valves and actuation systems.
Execute on-site machining tasks, such as internal valve seat and flange machining.
Utilize hydraulic or pneumatic bolting and injection equipment for maintenance and repairs.
Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of valves and piping systems to applicable standards (e.g., API, ASME, NACE).
Collaborate with clients, site managers, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
Lead shutdowns, manage personnel, and oversee project planning, including work pack preparation.
Train apprentices and ensure adherence to EnerMech's quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
Skills and Competencies :
Strong understanding of mechanical and pressure safety valve standards and operations.
Skilled in machining and maintenance disciplines, including bolt tensioning and flange machining.
Familiarity with electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, engineering software, and project management applications.
Effective communicator with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or within a team.
