AR/ AP Admin

• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Daily invoicing which is done every hour on the hour.
• Proficient with excel and Microsoft Office. 
• ERP systems experience.
• Filing of all sales order documentation or scanning of these documents.
• Ordering online office supplies for facility (managed online with Office Depot).
• Ordering and distributing break room supplies for facility (managed online with Office Depot)
• General administrative duties from management as required.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
