About the Job
EnerStaff LLC is seeking a skilled Billing Support Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our operations team by assisting with billing procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with billing procedures and processes.
- Troubleshoot billing inquiries for local operation assistants.
- Provide support to team members, customers, vendors, stakeholders, and employees through friendly, professional, timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Assist with additional billing necessary to be completed prior to team deadlines.
- Communicate with our customers via phone and email.
- Investigate any escalations and respond in a timely manner.
- Help crews with any questions or routing work.
- Sort and send important documents to various internal departments.
- Data Entry - enter new work orders, complete them to be invoiced without errors.
- Must be proficient in Excel to create, format, and update ongoing spreadsheets for utility companies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years' clerical/administrative experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in billing software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with changing demands, delays, and responding to unexpected situations.
- Able to maintain and protect confidential information.
- Track record of reliability and dependability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must pass background and drug screen.
