Compensation Range : $82,500 - $123,900
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.
Job Purpose
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions at the site level, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance evaluations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, acting as a primary point of contact for employees on HR matters. The site HR Generalist essentially oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
