Job Purpose
Lead and coordinate safety initiatives and related programs for an assigned region.
To execute Enersys Safety goals and support corporate safety initiatives. Additionally, the Regional Specialist
will interface and assist in ES Services safety transformation process.

- Manage worker compensation programs.
- Manage Facility Audits Annually for compliance.
- Conduct employees, general contractor (GC), and subcontractor safety orientations and safety meetings.
- Join the safety committee meetings to discuss issues, trends, and goals.
- Specialists will coach and provide guidance to the Regional Management team on Safety and Health issues.
- Respond to formal OSHA, EPA, and DOT investigations and participate in hearings.
- Oversee first responder/medical emergency program.
- Assist in ensuring the professional development of the regional staff on safety.
Qualifications
and experience.
- Experience in electrical background is highly desired.
- 2 to 5 years construction, electrical projects or related experience
- 5 years’ experience in the electrical field
General Job Requirements
This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands. However, will require at
times overnight travel for audits, customer visits and such.
