They provide technical expertise to the sales team and potential clients, aiding in the understanding and successful selling of complex technical products or services.We are looking for a talented individual to provide pre and post sales technical support for Customers, External Field Sales as well as Internal Sales team members.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide Sales Assistance and Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process. This includes assisting in presentations, demonstrations, and answering technical queries from clients or prospects.Support our customers by addressing technical inquiries from customers, providing guidance and support in the pre-sales and post-sales stages. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate problems to appropriate teams if needed.Develop Product Knowledge through Interface with Engineering. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects, features, and functionalities of the products or services offered by the company.Scale through the Development of a knowledge-base of customer scenarios and solutions.Create technical documentation, guides, and training materials to help the sales team and customers better understand the products or services.
