Enertis Applus is a full-service engineering consultancy firm in the renewable and energy storage sector. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to assist corporate marketing & communications in developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence in the US renewable energy sector.
This role involves content creation, digital marketing, media relations, and event coordination to support business growth in the US in coordination with the corporate marketing and communications department based in Spain.
The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and corporate communications.
Key responsibilities:
Social Media
- Support the creation of content for social media, website and newsletters.
- Support the execution of LinkedIn ads campaigns
Media & Public Relations
- Create and distribute press releases and articles.
- Expand media list per market focus areas, developing and maintaining relevant relationships with industry journalists, media outlets and key stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage.
Event Coordination & Sponsorships
- Plan and execute participation in trade fairs, industry events and corporate events.
- Support in identifying speaking opportunities in key industry events.
- Develop event materials and communications strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage the organization of webinars (structure assistance, event promotion).
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, aligning with corporate identity guidelines.
- Support the creation of ad-hoc marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, infographics, etc) to promote our services for the US.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in renewable energy or engineering sectors.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
- Proficient in Linkedin tools and capabilities.
- Experience in media relations and public relations with a track record of securing press coverage.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design and marketing tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
