Job description
We are looking for a responsible Bookkeeper to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for established, growing and fast paced Pharmacy Chain. This is an IN-PERSON ONLY position. Duties of the Bookkeeper include but is not limited to the following:
- Input daily invoices, bills and expenses into QuickBooks.
- Monitor accounts receivables and payables.
- Assist office manager in daily tasks: filing, phone calls, emails, ad hoc reporting and general organization.
Skills
- Must have full working knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
